Return Policy

Please read the below return policy in full before starting the return process

 

- All returns are for STORE CREDIT

- Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be sent to your email automatically once the return process is complete. Just use the gift card code at check out. There is no expiration date on your store credit, so if you don't see a product you like, check again as we are always restocking and adding new items!!

 

All Returns must meet the following conditions:

1) Item cannot be washed or worn

2) Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the items. (We determine the receiving date as the delivery date on the tracking number). Please check your items as soon as possible once you receive them!!

3) Clearance/Sales/Final Sales items are not eligible for return

 

Return Process:

All returns must be submitted through the Return Center. If your item meets the above criteria for return, then you will be able to create a return shipping label for the items. You can either (1) choose to print the return shipping label from home, or (2) choose to download the QR code and have your local Post Office print the label for you. Once you have printed the label, and it has an official scan from the post office, your store credit will automatically be sent to your email address. 

 

Please note that all returns are handled through the 3rd party return center, we cannot process returns via email or phone calls. 

 

Return Shipping Labels:

JadyK is not responsible for any return shipping charges incurred during the return process. At checkout, you will be given the option to add return shipping protection for $1. By adding this to your purchase you will get access to a free return shipping label in the event you need to make a return. If the protection is not added, then the customer will be responsible to purchase the return shipping label. However, you will still be able to use the return center to create a return label. 

 

Exchanges:

Due to a limited amount of inventory, we cannot process exchanges. If you need to exchange your product for a different one for any reason, please complete the return process above, then use your store credit to purchase the correct product. 

 

Order Cancellations:

We cannot cancel or edit orders once they have been submitted. Please ensure that all information is accurate (including billing and shipping info), and that all discounts have been applied before completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied post-purchase.
